About the Role: Board Certified Behavior Analyst - Clinical Director

As a Clinical Director, you will play a vital role in overseeing the clinical operations of our center. You will lead a team of dedicated professionals, ensuring that we deliver exceptional care to our clients while upholding the highest ethical standards.

Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and mentor a team of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
  • Act as the Quality Assurance Officer, ensuring adherence to best practices and ethical guidelines.
  • Serve as the Ethics Officer, upholding the integrity and professionalism of our organization.
  • Conduct assessments using various tools such as VB-Mapp, AFLS, and Social Skills Solutions.
  • Develop individualized, research-based treatment plans for clients.
  • Analyze client progress and make necessary adjustments to programs.
  • Facilitate weekly parent training meetings and provide regular progress updates.
  • Conduct in-center and in-home supervision of interns and RBTs.
  • Lead weekly staff meetings and quarterly in-service trainings.
  • Manage insurance correspondence, including pre-authorization requests.
  • Ensure a safe and supportive environment for clients and staff.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in a clinical setting.
  • Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field from an accredited university.
  • Current Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Strong commitment to ethical practice and client well-being.
