  • Promptly open the branch at the start of business and secure the doors at the end of the business day.
  • Provide a warm welcome to members and visitors, offering prompt, efficient, and accurate service in processing transactions.
  • Accurately log each visitor into the Visitor Log and issue and track visitor ID badges as needed.
  • Open accounts as required and make effective cross-sell recommendations.
  • Assist members with all account maintenance issues, including issuing cards, account changes, disputes, wires, and IRA transactions.
  • Process loans within current lending policy guidelines, setting up and disbursing approved loans, and completing all other loan-related tasks as required and within established timeframes.
  • Maintain a professional and organized member lobby and technology area, updating marketing materials as needed.
  • Perform a variety of duties related to all phases of teller work.
  • Act as the gatekeeper of Safe Deposit boxes, providing members with access as needed and properly maintaining card records of box issuance, entry, and closure in accordance with federal regulation and credit union policy.
  • Assist and educate members with self-service and 24-hour technology channels, process check orders and PIN changes, and perform first-line maintenance for Coin sorters as needed.
  • Comply with all federal regulations, credit union policies, and procedures, including Bank Secrecy and the USA Patriot Act.
  • Perform job duties in accordance with the Credit Union's values, mission, and vision.
  • Perform notary services and basic account maintenance as requested, including address changes.
  • Perform other various duties as assigned.

  • Notary Public certification.
  • Strong computer skills with the ability to quickly learn new processes/systems.

  • Temp-to-hire opportunity with the possibility of conversion to a permanent role.
  • Pay rate range: $23 - $28.99/hr. Salary will be commensurate with experience.
  • Work schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM.
  • Weekly pay.
  • Benefits after 30 days (health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, etc.).
  • 401k after 30 days.
  • Job offer will be contingent on a drug screen and background check. The person hired cannot have any financial crimes in their background.
