Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team at PostScan Mail. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Provide accurate and complete information to customers regarding our services and products
- Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction and build long-term relationships
- Meet sales targets and call handling quotas while maintaining high customer satisfaction levels
- Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives
- Keep records of customer interactions and process customer accounts
Requirements and Skills:
- Proven work experience as a customer service representative or sales support associate
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite, particularly MS Excel
- Strong analytical and multitasking skills
Benefits:
- Competitive hourly rate of $19.00
- Full-time schedule with 40 hours per week
- Monday - Friday, 9:00am-5:30pm
