Customer Service Representative Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team at PostScan Mail. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide accurate and complete information to customers regarding our services and products
  • Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction and build long-term relationships
  • Meet sales targets and call handling quotas while maintaining high customer satisfaction levels
  • Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives
  • Keep records of customer interactions and process customer accounts

Requirements and Skills:

  • Proven work experience as a customer service representative or sales support associate
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite, particularly MS Excel
  • Strong analytical and multitasking skills

Benefits:

  • Competitive hourly rate of $19.00
  • Full-time schedule with 40 hours per week
  • Monday - Friday, 9:00am-5:30pm
