About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and maintaining a positive and engaging store environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide personalized service to customers, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Sales: Meet or exceed sales targets by effectively communicating product features and benefits to customers, and making recommendations to drive sales.
  • Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and cash wrap area.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals, provide support during peak periods, and maintain a positive and inclusive team culture.
Requirements
  • Customer Service Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in retail or hospitality.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, providing support and assistance as needed.
  • Adaptability: Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays, and adapt to changing sales and customer needs.
