We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Banquet Houseperson/Set-Up Specialist to join our team at Pyramid Global Hospitality. As a key member of our events team, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless execution of meeting rooms and events.

Key Responsibilities
  • Set up and break down meeting rooms to the highest standards of quality, including transporting and arranging equipment and furniture.
  • Supply and replenish meeting rooms with clean glasses and fresh water, and replenish beverages as needed.
  • Maintain established cleaning schedules to ensure meeting rooms and ballrooms remain presentable at all times.
  • Anticipate equipment needs from event orders and count same.
  • Practice 'Teamwork' and 'Clean as you Go' policies.
Requirements
  • High school graduate or equivalent preferred.
  • Prior banquet experience preferred.
  • Ability to lift and move multiple tables and chairs and podiums weighing up to 80 lbs.
  • Ability to grasp, lift and/or carry, or otherwise move or push goods on a hand cart/truck weighing a maximum of 300 lbs.
