About the Job

We are seeking a seasoned clinical manager with 2-4 years of related experience to lead our team. As a Senior NICU Clinical Manager, you will be responsible for managing human resources, mentoring staff, evaluating and coaching personnel, and promoting professional growth and development. Your leadership skills will help us deliver cost-effective care and improve job satisfaction among our staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage HR functions to provide effective care and promote job satisfaction
  • Mentor staff using effective communication and problem-solving skills
  • Evaluate, coach, and counsel nursing personnel to promote professional growth
  • Interpret hospital policies, monitor staff adherence, and take corrective action when necessary
  • Assure staff competence and ongoing education
  • Plan and demonstrate competent fiscal management, preparing annual budgets and analyzing reports
  • Collaborate with physicians and caregivers to promote interdisciplinary care and improved patient outcomes
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A diploma or degree in nursing from an approved school
  • A valid multi-state or State of Oklahoma Registered Nurse License
  • 2-4 years of related experience in management and supervision
  • Effective interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
  • The ability to organize and prioritize work efficiently
  • A working knowledge of disease state management processes, bio-psychosocial models, and clinical pathways
Work Environment

This position is based at the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit A on the Yale Campus in Tulsa, Oklahoma. We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience.
