"text": "Must meet the following qualifications:

EDUCATION:
Graduate of a Nurse Anesthesia Educational Program accredited by the American Association of Nurse Anesthetists Council on Accreditation of Nurse Anesthesia Programs or its predecessor. Current State of Connecticut Nursing License. Current Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) licensure in the State of Connecticut.

EXPERIENCE:
Employed as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist with at least 3 years of experience. Experience in a CRNA leadership role preferred.

Licensure:
Hold current CT license as a registered nurse and advance practice registered nurse. Complies with state statutory and regulatory requirements concerning advanced practice registered nursing. Is currently recertified as defined by the AANA Council of Recertification. Candidate must also be a member in good standing with the AANA.

Special Skills:
Demonstrates current competency in clinical responsibilities. Holds BLS and ACLS certifications. Demonstrates current competency in the management/clinical responsibilities for which the candidate is applying.
