Job Title: Digital Media Web and Social Media Specialist

Xyngular is seeking a highly skilled Digital Media Web and Social Media Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and executing our digital marketing strategies, ensuring our digital presence drives engagement and conversion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Update and maintain website content, ensuring accurate product information, pricing, images, and content.
  • Develop, schedule, and post engaging content across multiple social media platforms, ensuring alignment with broader marketing initiatives.
  • Create and manage a digital media content calendar to ensure timely and consistent content delivery across platforms, in coordination with marketing campaigns.
  • Use design tools like Canva and Adobe Creative Suite to create visual content for social media, websites, and other marketing channels.
  • Optimize website and blog content for SEO by incorporating relevant keywords, meta descriptions, and ensuring pages adhere to SEO best practices to increase organic traffic.
  • Monitor and report performance metrics for digital campaigns and social media posts using tools like Google Analytics or platform-native analytics.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure cohesive messaging across all digital channels and assist with other marketing materials when needed.
  • Stay updated on digital marketing trends and best practices, particularly in social media, SEO, and content creation, and suggest new initiatives to improve performance.
  • Ensure all digital content meets brand guidelines for quality, consistency, and tone across all platforms.
Requirements:
  • Proficiency in Canva and Adobe Creative Suite for content creation.
  • Strong understanding of SEO best practices and familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Shopify).
  • Knowledge of social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) for scheduling and tracking social posts.
  • Experience with Google Analytics and other analytics tools to measure and report on digital performance.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with an emphasis on content clarity and brand consistency.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, digital media, communications, graphic design, or a related field preferred.
Experience:
  • 1-3 years of experience managing digital content, web updates, and social media platforms.
  • Proven experience in creating digital content and optimizing it for SEO.
  • Experience with Google Analytics, social media analytics, and content creation software.
