Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Part-Time Social Media Director to join our team at Gargle Inc. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies to engage with our dental clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct new client and quarterly strategy and planning calls
  • Build and maintain relationships with dentists and dental staff members
  • Recommend social media content strategy and ideas
  • Follow Gargle written processes for product fulfillment and client engagement
  • Complete Summary & Action Item emails following all client calls
  • Effectively communicate product details - purpose, features, timelines
  • Keep detailed Salesforce notes and use Salesforce objects for all client related tasks and reporting
  • Assist in troubleshooting common social media connection issues the client may have
  • Escalate any client issues promptly to Sr. Social Media Director or Client Services Director
  • Complete assigned tasks before or by due date
  • Communicate with the Social Media Project Manager promptly and consistently regarding client preferences and social media plan

Requirements:

  • Familiarity with Google My Business, Facebook (Meta), Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter and YouTube platforms
  • Familiarity with social media posting, content marketing, influencer marketing, social media branding
  • Excellent phone skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experienced phone customer service and account management skills
  • Works well as part of a team and independently
  • Organizational and time management skills
  • Detail-oriented, ability to prioritize multiple tasks with competing deadlines
  • Quickly learn processes and product information
  • Ability to problem solve and handle difficult situations
  • Extremely proficient with Google Suite (Google Docs, Sheets and Slides)
  • Google platform efficiency
  • Ability to organize and prioritize
  • Dental industry experience is a plus

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • A desire to work on a team, a commitment to learning, and flexibility to work in a constantly evolving environment
  • Exceptional computer skills
  • Type 50+ WPM
  • Problem-solving skills and strong attention to details
  • Flexibility to multi-task and interact with individuals
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Salesforce
  • Experience on a Mac
  • Experience with Meta Business Suite
  • Experience with Social Media Management / Digital Marketing
  • Experience in Customer Service
