Job Summary

The Credit Services Account Manager is responsible for managing a portfolio of customer accounts, ensuring timely and accurate preparation of financial documents, and providing excellent customer service. This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage a portfolio of customer accounts, including collections, invoicing, and credit approvals
* Prepare and review financial documents, such as invoices and credit reports
* Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely financial information
* Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement

Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as finance or accounting
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment
* Strong knowledge of financial systems and processes
