Spring 2024 Registered Nurse Internship Program

We invite recent graduates from accredited Nursing Programs (RN) who are preparing to obtain their State of Texas RN License to consider this exceptional internship opportunity.

This internship program is compensated, and successful participants may have the opportunity to transition into full-time RN roles at our facility, with a commitment to a minimum of two years of service. **Relocation** and **Sign-on Bonuses** are available for eligible candidates. For those applying from outside the area, virtual interview options are available.

The program is managed by the LMC Education Department, and applicants will be provided with a list of available permanent, full-time positions at a later stage. This initiative is designed to facilitate the workforce training and development of Nurse Graduates as they progress to state-recognized Registered Nurses by the Texas Board of Nursing.
