Job Description

Job Title: Project Director

Job Summary:

Ivyhill Technologies LLC is seeking a highly skilled Project Director to lead our project management team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of project planning, execution, and delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
  • Lead and manage project teams, including project managers, team leads, and subject matter experts
  • Ensure project deliverables are met on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, and develop contingency plans as needed
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and internal teams, to ensure project requirements are met
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and lessons learned
  • Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders, including project sponsors, customers, and executive leadership
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes as needed
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and internal teams

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate project teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, including Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid
  • Proficient in project management tools, including MS Project, Asana, Trello, and Jira
