Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Calibration Technician to join our laboratory team. This role focuses on the maintenance and calibration of sophisticated analytical instruments utilized in both research and product testing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct routine maintenance and performance assessments of laboratory instruments.
  • Perform troubleshooting for hardware and software issues.
  • Oversee the installation, calibration, and repair of laboratory equipment.
  • Provide training to personnel on equipment usage and maintenance.
  • Draft and review technical documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Instruments and Equipment:

The technician will work with a variety of laboratory instruments, including but not limited to:

  • High Throughput Handling Robotics
  • Liquid Chromatography Mass Spectrometry (LC-MS-MS)
  • Inductively Coupled Plasma Mass Spectrometry (ICP-MS)
  • Diode Array Detectors
  • Vacuum Systems
  • Micro Pumps
Qualifications:
  • Associate's degree or higher in Life Sciences, Engineering, Electronics, or a related technical field.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a metrology or GMP-compliant laboratory setting.
  • Familiarity with FDA regulations and standards is preferred.
