Your responsibilities:
As an Assistant Guide, you will collaborate with our Lead Guides to empower children to become more self-sufficient and confident in their skills. This position serves as an excellent entry point into the Montessori philosophy and early childhood education, with many of our Assistant Guides advancing to Lead Guide positions through our MACTE-accredited Montessori training program.
