Help Desk Operations Manager

We are looking for a Help Desk Operations Manager to join I S T N INC.
Job DescriptionThis role involves managing helpdesk trouble tickets, troubleshooting issues, and providing technical support to employees.
The key responsibilities include:
- Managing helpdesk trouble tickets and following up on them
- Troubleshooting Windows Operating System, Microsoft Office applications, and Third-party Applications like java, adobe, chrome, Firefox, etc.
The ideal candidate should have excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills, as well as the ability to learn new technologies quickly.
A minimum of 3 years' experience in technical support and a college degree are highly desirable. Certifications and bilingual ability in English and Spanish are also a plus.
Salary and BenefitsThe salary range for this position is estimated at $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience and location. We also offer a competitive benefits package, including ongoing training and support to ensure your success.
