Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our Johnson Controls Security team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for selling our security services and solutions to new and existing customers, with a focus on driving revenue growth and expanding our market share.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sell our security services and solutions to new and existing customers, with a focus on driving revenue growth and expanding our market share.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their security needs and providing tailored solutions to meet those needs.
  • Work closely with our sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue those opportunities.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity, using that information to inform sales strategies and tactics.

Requirements

  • High school degree or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of two years' experience as a successful commercial sales representative in the security industry, demonstrated by the consistent ability to meet and exceed quota.
  • Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills, with the ability to present to senior-level executives within the customer and Johnson Controls Security organizations.
  • Ability to work a full-time schedule and be available for local travel.

Preferred Qualifications

  • College degree preferred.
  • Minimum of five years' experience as a successful commercial sales representative in the security industry, demonstrated by the consistent ability to meet and exceed quota.
