About the Role

VDS Consulting Group is seeking an experienced professional to fill the position of Value Creation and Growth Strategist. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of operational excellence and a proven track record in developing and executing business objectives.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough operational and financial assessments of portfolio companies to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive plans to improve operational efficiencies, enhance productivity, and drive revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with portfolio company executives to create and implement value creation plans that drive revenue growth, improve profitability, and enhance market positioning.
Requirements:
  • At least 15 years of experience in operating partner roles or similar positions.
  • Strong financial and operational acumen with expertise in financial modeling, cashflow management, and performance improvement.
  • Superior leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate with senior executives and other key stakeholders.

Estimated Salary: $180,000 per annum, based on national averages. This is a contract position, with a flexible start date.
