Position Overview

This role is pivotal in overseeing strategic recruitment functions, encompassing the comprehensive recruitment process for various roles within the organization. The individual will adeptly manage advertising algorithms to attract qualified candidates through innovative and effective methodologies, ensuring timely fulfillment of open positions. Collaborating closely with the Director of HR Systems, this position will oversee Position Control and work alongside Hiring Managers to provide exceptional recruitment services, including job posting, candidate sourcing, and adherence to employment best practices.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

  • A minimum of ten (10) years of experience in a full-cycle recruitment capacity, preferably within the healthcare sector.
  • At least two (2) years of experience in managing advertising algorithms, with a strong command of advanced sourcing techniques and operational systems.
  • Demonstrated expertise in managing position control processes.
  • In-depth knowledge of HRIS and Applicant Tracking Systems, with a preference for UKG.
  • Relevant certifications such as SHRM or HRCI are advantageous.
  • Comprehensive understanding of HR and employment laws, regulations, and best practices.
  • Proficient computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office and related applications.
  • Strong communication skills for effective interaction with various organizational levels and candidates.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Conduct full-cycle recruitment for all organizational roles.
  • Manage advertising algorithms and sourcing strategies for all vacancies.
  • Collaborate with the Director of HR Systems on Position Control management.
  • Establish and maintain proactive relationships with Hiring Managers and candidates.
  • Mitigate legal risks by ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  • Ensure timely and accurate posting of vacant positions with engaging language.
  • Work with the Community Relations Department to leverage social media for applicant attraction.
  • Oversee Gulfside's LinkedIn and Glassdoor profiles to engage potential candidates.
  • Expand applicant sources by networking with community services, educational institutions, employment agencies, and online platforms.
  • Provide comprehensive information about the organization, opportunities, and benefits to prospective candidates.
  • Organize and participate in community outreach initiatives, including job fairs and relevant associations.
  • Create and manage internal job notifications for current employees.
  • Evaluate candidates and conduct pre-screening as needed.
  • Assist in scheduling interviews as required.
  • Prepare offer letters and coordinate onboarding information with the Credentialing and Onboarding Specialist to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of the organizational structure and various positions.
  • Contribute to the achievement of the human resources department's goals and objectives.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
