Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with Hiring Managers and Candidates.
- Mitigate legal risks by staying informed about employment laws and regulations.
- Ensure timely and accurate posting of job vacancies with compelling language.
- Collaborate with the Public Relations team to leverage social media for attracting candidates.
- Manage the organization’s Glassdoor and LinkedIn profiles to engage potential applicants.
- Expand applicant sources by networking with community services, educational institutions, employment agencies, and online platforms.
- Provide comprehensive information about the organization, available opportunities, and employee benefits to prospective candidates.
- Organize and participate in community outreach initiatives, including career fairs and relevant associations.
- Create and manage internal job postings for current employees.
- Screen applicants and conduct preliminary contact.
- Assist in scheduling interviews.
- Prepare offer letters and coordinate onboarding information with the Credentialing and Onboarding Specialist to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the benefits offered by the organization.
- Ensure a solid grasp of the organizational structure and various roles within the company.
- Contribute to the achievement of the human resources department's goals and objectives.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Associate's Degree required.
- Preferred certifications include SHRM, HRCI, or related credentials.
- A minimum of three years of experience in a full-cycle recruitment role, preferably in healthcare.
- In-depth knowledge of HR and employment laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Proficient in HRIS and Applicant Tracking Systems, with a preference for UKG.
- Strong computer skills with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.
- Exceptional communication skills for engaging with all organizational levels and candidates.
- Expertise in modern sourcing techniques and operational strategies.
Skills and Competencies:
- Advanced knowledge of HRIS and Applicant Tracking Systems, UKG preferred.
- Thorough understanding of HR and employment laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 and related software.
- Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication with diverse audiences.
- Excellent interviewing skills and proactive approach.
- Outstanding organizational abilities.
- Results-oriented mindset.
