Qualifications:

  • Associate's Degree required.
  • Preferred certifications include SHRM, HRCI, or related credentials.
  • A minimum of three years of experience in a full-cycle recruitment role, preferably in healthcare.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR and employment laws, regulations, and best practices.
  • Proficient in HRIS and Applicant Tracking Systems, with a preference for UKG.
  • Strong computer skills with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.
  • Exceptional communication skills for engaging with all organizational levels and candidates.
  • Expertise in modern sourcing techniques and operational strategies.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Advanced knowledge of HRIS and Applicant Tracking Systems, UKG preferred.
  • Thorough understanding of HR and employment laws, regulations, and best practices.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 and related software.
