This position is responsible for the strategic recruitment operations including the hands on full life-cycle recruitment of all roles across the organization. This position manages advertising algorithms to ensure that viable candidates are sourced through cutting edge and innovates processes to fill vacant positions in a timely manner. In partnership with the Director of HR Systems, manages the Position Control and partners with Hiring Managers to deliver the highest level of customer service on recruitment, posting, sourcing, job description alignment, and employment best practices.
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum of (10) ten years of experience in a full cycle recruitment role with healthcare experience preferred
- Minimum of 2 two years of experience managing advertising algorithms and expert knowledge of emerging sourcing techniques, systems and operations
- Proven experience managing position control
- Expert level knowledge of HRIS and Applicant Tracking Systems, UKG Preferred
- SHRM, HRCI or other related certification preferred
- Strong proven knowledge of HR and Employment laws, regulations and best practices
- Excellent computer skills with high level of proficiency in Microsoft Office and associated programs.
- Professional communication skills for interaction with all levels of the organization and candidates
ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Hands On Recruitment for all roles across the organization.
- Manages advertising algorithms and sources for all positions.
- Partners with the Director of HR Systems on the management of the Position Control.
- Fosters proactive relationship with all Hiring Mangers and Candidates
- Avoids legal challenges by understanding employment laws and regulations
- Ensures vacant positions are posted accurately and timely with proactive posting language
- Partners with the Community Relations Department, ensuring that we are utilizing social media to attract applicants
- Manages the Gulfside LinkedIn and Glassdoor pages to engage and attract applicants
- Builds applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and internet sites.
- Provides organization information, opportunities, and benefits to potential candidates
- Organizes and Participates in community outreach events such as job fairs and associations relative to the position
- Creates and maintains internal job notifications for internal candidates
- Evaluates applicants and administers pre-screen contact when necessary/requested
- Assists with scheduling interviews as requested
- Prepares offer letters and provides onboarding information to the Credentialing and Onboarding Specialist to ensure timely onboarding of the new hire
- Ensures excellent understanding of the organizational structure and positions within the organization
- Participates in the success of the goals and objectives of the human resources department
- Other duties as assigned.
