Key Responsibilities
  • Client Care:
    • Prepare and serve meals to clients while adhering to food safety protocols.
    • Assist with client intakes and outtakes by preparing client bed areas and providing site rules and policies.
    • Conduct regular walk-throughs of dorm areas to ensure client safety and well-being.
  • Client Transportation:
    • Transport clients to and from appointments and program activities as scheduled or authorized.
    • Update transportation logs and inform supervisors of any vehicle issues.
    • Maintain the cleanliness of company vehicles.
  • Facility Upkeep:
    • Perform routine janitorial cleaning and facility maintenance, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, wiping, and sanitizing facilities.
    • Update cleaning logs.
    • Dispose of all trash accumulated within facilities.
    • Ensure restrooms and kitchens are stocked with necessary items.
    • Maintain client storage and retrieval processes.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: One year minimum previous employment and one year residential or supported living field experience.
  • License: Valid CA Driver's License.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with the homeless population and bilingual skills.
