Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our team at Hyatt Regency Buffalo. As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting our sales team in achieving their goals and objectives.

Responsibilities
  • Assist the sales team in preparing and maintaining sales materials, including proposals, presentations, and contracts.
  • Coordinate and schedule sales calls, meetings, and events.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of sales interactions, including follow-up and follow-through.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers, including responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics.
  • Assist with the preparation and distribution of sales reports and other sales-related materials.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as needed to support the sales team.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in a related field preferred.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a sales or administrative role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
