Clinical Pathologist Assistant needed to collaborate closely with the Medical Laboratory Director and pathologists to conduct tissue grossing and manage all facets of laboratory operations. Responsible for maintaining efficient daily operations with guidance and support from laboratory leadership.

Reporting Structure & Oversight:
  • Operates under the supervision of the Medical Laboratory Director and Laboratory Executive Leaders
  • Directly oversees staff in the grossing department
Qualifications:
  • Graduation from a NAACLS Accredited Pathologist Assistant Program
  • ASCP Certification or an equivalent credential
  • At least 1 year of experience in a laboratory setting
  • Proven leadership capabilities
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
