We are seeking a talented Controller to lead our financial team at Kinston Community Health Center.
Salary: $140,000 - $200,000 per year, depending on experience.
Job Description:
The Controller will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities, including financial planning, budgeting, and financial reporting. This role will also lead a team of financial professionals and collaborate with senior management to drive business growth and profitability.
Responsibilities:
- Financial Planning: Develop and manage financial plans, budgets, and forecasts.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and financial standards.
- Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of financial professionals to achieve exceptional results.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum 5-10 years of experience in finance, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Proven track record of success in financial leadership roles.
- Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
