Assembler Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Assembler to join our team at The Heico Companies. As an assembler, you will be responsible for producing high-quality components and products in assembly and fabrication areas.

Responsibilities

  • Manufacture, assemble, and pack materials and/or finished goods as described in provided documentation
  • Follow all Company Rules and Regulations as described in the Field Controls Employee Manual
  • Observe all Safety Rules and Regulations and report Safety concerns
  • Maintain housekeeping to acceptable levels and perform 5S+1 audits as assigned
  • Perform work to expected quality and production standards
  • Communicate any issues or concerns to the appropriate personnel
  • Meet all cross-training requirements within assigned team to progress to next Operator II

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer skills

Estimated Salary: $48,000 - $68,000 per year
