As a Financial Collections Expert, you will play a critical role in driving business growth by optimizing our accounts receivable process at Catapult in Kinston, NC. You will manage the full lifecycle of accounts receivable, including invoicing, payment processing, and collections. Key responsibilities include preparing accurate invoices for customers, recording and posting customer payments, monitoring accounts receivable aging reports, and communicating with customers regarding overdue accounts. If you possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of success in accounts receivable management, we would love to hear from you.

Accountabilities
• Invoicing: Develop and implement processes to ensure timely and accurate invoicing, utilizing internal controls and procedures as necessary.
• Payment Processing: Process customer payments promptly, maintain accurate records, and ensure timely reconciliation of daily cash receipts and bank deposits.
• Collections: Analyze accounts receivable aging reports, initiate follow-up communications with customers, negotiate payment plans, and resolve billing disputes fairly and efficiently.

Compensation Package
The estimated annual salary range for this position is between $55,000 and $85,000 based on your qualifications.
