As a Customer Service Ambassador at Bass Pro Shops, you'll have the opportunity to excel in a fast-paced retail environment. Your primary role will be to provide world-class customer service, ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our valued customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform various customer service activities, including answering questions and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Stock and straighten shelves and pegs in the immediate area when not directly assisting customers.
- Develop strong relationships with customers, responding to their needs and exceeding their expectations.
- Support a strong commitment to world-class customer service by staying up-to-date on product knowledge and features.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment, with a strong focus on customer service.
- Basic math skills and accuracy in handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system.
- Availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Salary: $15.50 - $17.50 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
