Accel Entertainment Gaming is the largest Gaming Terminal Operator in the country. We provide slot machines, redemption terminals, and amusement devices (pool tables, juke boxes, dart boards, etc.) to bars, restaurants, convenience stores, truck stops, and fraternal and veteran establishments across the country. Our focus is providing unmatched customer support, guidance, and compliance expertise so our partner establishments can grow their businesses and generate more revenue.

Job Summary

The primary responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, assisting locations through video gaming applications and overall live video gaming processes, keeping locations updated on gaming industry information, as well as assisting in other areas as needed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze Industry Data: Help establishments increase game play by analyzing industry data and providing insights to optimize their gaming operations.
  • Manage Daily Relations: Manage daily relations with locations, troubleshoot issues, and ensure service levels are maintained at an optimal level.
  • Develop Strategic Relationships: Develop strategic working relationships with existing establishments to increase revenue and retention.
  • Develop New Business: Identify new business opportunities in the region and develop strategies to acquire new clients.
  • Schedule Regular Visits: Schedule regular visits to establishments to retain existing clients and grow revenue.
  • Collaborate with Marketing Team: Collaborate with the marketing team to plan customized on-site marketing materials for establishments.
  • Proactively Address Client Issues: Proactively address client issues and concerns to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Perform Special Projects: Perform special projects and related duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
  • Previous Account Management Experience: Previous account management and/or outside sales experience is a plus.
  • Strong Professional Presence: Possess a strong professional presence and ability to interact with local bar, restaurant, and truck stop owners, as well as commanders of non-profit organizations.
  • Ability to Adapt: Ability to adapt, organize, and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent Time Management: Possess excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Valid Driver's License: Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.
  • Minimum Age Requirement: Minimum of 21 years of age required.
  • Terminal Handler's License: Ability to obtain and/or maintain a Terminal Handler's License from the Illinois Gaming Board.
Physical Demands and Work Environment
  • Frequent Standing and Sitting: Frequently required to stand, sit, walk, talk, and hear.
  • Occasional Climbing and Balancing: Occasionally required to climb, balance, bend, stoop, kneel or crawl.
  • Continuous Hand and Finger Dexterity: Continually required to utilize hand and finger dexterity, including calculating figures and use of a keyboard.
  • Occasional Lifting: Occasionally required to lift/push weights up to 50 pounds.
  • Extensive Travel: Extensive travel within your assigned region required.
  • Specific Vision Abilities: Specific vision abilities required for this job include close, distance, and peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust or focus.
  • Noise Level: Noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to loud.
