Key Responsibilities
  • Create Exceptional Customer Experiences: Wardrobe each customer based on their needs, providing personalized recommendations and ensuring a seamless shopping experience.
  • Accomplish Multiple Tasks: Work in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple tasks while maintaining excellent customer service.
  • Support Store Maintenance: Participate in general store upkeep, ensuring a clean and organized store environment.
  • Drive Sales and Engagement: Support the leadership team in driving sales, customer engagement, and operational excellence.
  • Model Reliability and Flexibility: Work varied hours and days to meet business needs, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Support Other Brands: Assist in supporting other brands under the LEAP umbrella for new store openings, activations, and additional coverage.
  • Embrace Learning and Technology: Stay up-to-date with new technologies, systems, and apps, with experience in Shopify, Endear, Slack, and Google Office a plus.
