Position Summary

Reporting to the Senior Vice President of Operations - East, the Senior Vice President of Operations (TN) serves as the General Manager and P&L Leader for the Tennessee operations. This individual will work in a collaborative partnership with the Market Medical Director to ensure excellence in program implementation and continuously enhance our strategies for managing frail and vulnerable patient populations in their homes. This role is responsible for improving existing operational performance while spearheading the accelerated growth and expansion of the business. The ideal candidate will be an experienced operations leader capable of establishing robust provider and plan relationships and building operations from the ground up in a dynamic, scaling environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a multidisciplinary team, including clinicians and centralized staff, across multiple geographically distributed hubs. You will directly supervise 4-6 direct reports and provide leadership to a larger team.
  • Surpass patient engagement targets, clinical metrics, and other contractual commitments in collaboration with a Market Medical Director.
  • Ensure successful market expansions in conjunction with the business development and implementation teams.
  • Drive growth and profitability initiatives within the market.
  • Manage relationships with local health plan partners and provider organizations.
  • Align the strategic vision for the market with the organization's annual objectives and communicate this vision to staff to facilitate the achievement of those goals.
  • Maintain and enhance ConcertoCare's culture for a rapidly expanding team.
Qualifications
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience leading care delivery organizations, health systems, or provider groups; experience in value-based care, home health, or multi-site operations is advantageous; candidates with at least 10 years of experience in non-provider organizations within the healthcare sector (e.g., payor, public health, pharma) will also be considered.
  • Previous experience managing and growing a P&L of at least $20M; >$40M is preferred.
  • Experience in start-up, market entry, and/or implementation is a plus.
  • An associate degree is required; a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in business or a health-related field (MBA, MHA, MPH) is preferred.
  • Candidate must reside within a reasonable distance of the market headquarters.
  • Up to 50% travel may be required within the market.
  • Ability and means to travel as necessary in a timely manner to locations that may have limited access to public transportation; proof of liability and property damage insurance on the vehicle used is required. DRIVER REQUIREMENTS: Licensed for a minimum of 5 years. No vehicle-related suspensions/reinstatements, DUI, reckless driving, or felony convictions within the last 7 years. Multiple violations and accidents within the last 5 years would be subject to review.
Compensation

Base Salary/Wage Range: $165,000 to $185,000 plus annual bonus and stock options. Compensation for the role is commensurate with the candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience and may fall outside of the range shown.
