Project Management Specialist

Job Overview:
A Project Management Specialist is needed to oversee the in-processing program, providing training and oversight to site organizations and contractors. This position involves performing administrative and technical tasks as needed and supporting Fitness for Duty and Access Authorization processes. The full-time role is located in Richland, WA.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the in-processing program, ensuring effective training and support for all site organizations and affected contractor organizations.
- Perform a variety of administrative and technical tasks to meet job requirements.
- Provide necessary administrative support for Fitness for Duty and Access Authorization processes, ensuring compliance with organizational policies.
- Design and implement training materials and sessions to facilitate effective in-processing for all personnel.
- Work closely with site and contractor organizations to identify needs and enhance overall program effectiveness.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university and 1 year of experience related to project planning and/or in-processing activities.
- Or Associate's degree from an accredited college or university and 2 years of experience related to project planning and/or in-processing activities.
- Or high school diploma or GED and 3 years of experience related to project planning and/or in-processing activities.
Salary: $20.09 - $25.34 per hour (based on location and experience). Benefits include paid sick leave, EAP, medical, HSA, and more. Please see below for detailed benefits information.
