About this Career Opportunity

Sargent & Lundy's Government Services Division is seeking an experienced Nuclear Power Plant Project Manager to lead project teams in designing and implementing electrical systems for nuclear power plants.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing project scope, schedule, and budget, and ensuring that projects are completed satisfactorily, on time, and within budget.

With a minimum of 10 years of experience in nuclear-related electrical engineering and 3 years of experience in leading an engineering design team, you will have a strong background in designing electrical systems, including low voltage distribution systems, communication systems, equipment selection, and analytical calculations.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery, and have opportunities to develop your career through peer-learning and mentorship programs, and contribute to meaningful projects that support the nation's nuclear deterrent and environmental cleanup initiatives.

About the Compensation and Benefits

This is a full-time regular position that offers a competitive salary range of $162,000 - $193,000, depending on experience, and comprehensive benefits package, including health plans, life insurance, disability coverage, employee assistance program, back-up daycare, FSA, HSA, 401(k), pre-tax commuter account, merit scholarship program, employee discount program, corporate charitable giving program, tuition assistance, first professional licensure bonus, employee referral bonus, paid annual personal/sick time (PST), paid vacation, paid holidays, paid parental leave, and paid bereavement leave.
