Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Requirements Management System Specialist to join our team at Bechtel Corporation. As a key member of our project team, you will be responsible for providing technical support for the Technical Requirements Management Program, including coordinating requirements management activities associated with Requirements Area Managers, Requirement Developers, and Subject Matter Experts.

The successful candidate will have extensive knowledge of IBM Rational DOORS or another requirement management software program, with experience working in an Engineering, Procurement, or Construction environment. You will be responsible for compiling and distributing process metrics, assisting with training and mentoring personnel, and performing assessments on the Requirements Management Program.
