**Job Description:**

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist teachers, therapists, and counselors with the administration of one-on-one intensive behavioral intervention therapy and tutoring to students in a school or other setting.
  • Perform a variety of activities in support of special instructional programs, including special education, interagency, and District-wide subject matter.
  • Collaborate with educational teams to develop and implement individualized plans for students with special needs.
  • Provide academic support and guidance to students, including tutoring and mentoring.
  • Assist with the development and implementation of behavioral intervention plans to support students with challenging behaviors.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; 48 college credit units or passing of a competency exam and three years of classroom experience preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and completion of ABA/DTT training may be required.
  • Ability to work with students with special needs and provide individualized support.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with educational teams.
