Job Description:
As a Customer Experience Representative at the Paragon Hotel Company, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, interacting with guests from diverse backgrounds and cultures. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional service, ensuring that every guest feels welcome and valued during their stay.

About the Role:
This role requires a unique blend of technical and interpersonal skills. You will need to be proficient in using property management systems, including reservations procedures and phone etiquette. Additionally, you must possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, able to handle complex guest issues and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.

Key Responsibilities:
- Register guests, provide room assignments, and maintain guest privacy
- Sell hotel services and amenities, promoting repeat business and loyalty programs
- Assist guests with issues and concerns, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with other departments, including housekeeping and front desk, to ensure seamless guest experiences

Requirements:
Required knowledge, skills, and abilities include:
- Proficiency in using property management systems, including reservations procedures and phone etiquette
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle complex guest issues and concerns
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with other departments

Work Environment:
This role requires working in a fast-paced environment, often under pressure to meet deadlines and resolve guest complaints. You must be able to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work setting.

Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience.
