About the role:

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual to join our Customer Service Team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, maximizing customer satisfaction, and building strong relationships with our clients.

  • You will manage customer enquiries, provide job progress updates, and work scheduling to meet customer requirements and KPIs.
  • You will build relationships with customers, respond to their queries, and refer to customer scripts when necessary.
  • You will ensure that databases are up-to-date with progressing work and client details, and participate in individual and team training/meetings.

Key responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide accurate and helpful information to customers
  • Build strong relationships with customers through effective communication and problem-solving skills

Salary and benefits:

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of $30.50 per hour, plus a range of benefits including career development opportunities, holidays, pension scheme, paid Time Off (PTO), 401(k) fixed contribution, and life insurance.
