Alterations Customer Service Representative Specialist

The Alterations Customer Service Representative is a critical role at David's Bridal. This position requires excellent communication and problem-solving skills to provide exceptional customer service. The representative will work closely with the store management team to ensure seamless operations in the alterations department.
Key responsibilities include welcoming and servicing customers, making appointments, answering phones, pressing garments, and ensuring items are ready for pickup. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of retail experience in an apparel or specialty store environment, prior sewing experience is helpful. A high school diploma or equivalent degree is required.
