About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Executive Chef to oversee all culinary operations in our restaurant. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for developing menus, managing inventory, and ensuring high-quality food production.

Key Responsibilities
  • Culinary Leadership: Lead a team of line cooks, sous chefs, and other kitchen staff to achieve exceptional food quality and presentation.
  • Menu Development: Create and maintain innovative menus that meet the evolving tastes and preferences of our guests.
  • Inventory Management: Plan and manage inventory levels to minimize waste and optimize profitability.
  • Food Safety and Quality: Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of quality control.
Requirements
  • Culinary Education: Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or equivalent experience.
  • Leadership Experience: Proven track record of leading high-performing kitchen teams.
  • Culinary Skills: Expertise in menu planning, food preparation, and presentation.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
