Job Description

This CNC Field Service Technician role is a key part of our Customer Support Department, responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing CNC equipment at customer facilities.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent technical skills, strong communication abilities, and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on CNC equipment, ensuring optimal performance and extending equipment lifespan.
  • Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and develop effective solutions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, built on trust, respect, and open communication.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and technologies, applying this knowledge to drive business growth and excellence.
Requirements
  • Strong technical background, preferably in mechanical or electrical engineering.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Ability to adapt to changing circumstances, priorities, and deadlines.
  • Familiarity with CNC equipment, its components, and operation principles.
Compensation and Benefits
