Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and repair diagnostic equipment to ensure optimal performance and promote RWMIC market share for repairs of endoscopic products.
  • Inspect, repair, and replace damaged instruments and electro-mechanical devices in assigned accounts' Sterile Processing and O.R. departments.
  • Collaborate with sales representatives to optimize territory targets and routes, resulting in increased revenue for repairs and exchanges.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma; preferred candidates have a college degree in biomedical engineering, RN (Registered Nurse) with O.R. experience, CRCST (Certified Registered Central Service Technician), or CST (Certified Surgical Technician) qualifications.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, proficiency in MS Office, and valid driver's license with an excellent driving record.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
