Job Title: Community Relations Liaison

Care at Home, a leading home care agency in southeastern Connecticut, is seeking a highly motivated and resourceful individual to develop and maintain successful relationships with referral sources, including hospitals, healthcare specialists, and local organizations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive client acquisition.
  • Create and manage engaging content for various platforms, including social media, website, email campaigns, and print materials.
  • Plan and execute outreach activities, such as health fairs, workshops, and seminars.
  • Build and maintain relationships with referral sources, including healthcare providers, community organizations, and local businesses.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize results.
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.
  • Represent the agency at community events and networking opportunities.
  • Assist with prospect assessments and signings, providing necessary information and support.
Requirements:
  • Outside sales experience (1 year required)
  • Healthcare experience (1 year preferred)
  • Willing to travel as required by the above duties
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and software, including Microsoft Office and client management systems
