Job Title: Customer Liaison/Service Advisor

At Secor Auto Center, we are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Liaison/Service Advisor. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring seamless communication, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Communication: Greet customers, create work orders, and correspond with customers and our Auto Techs during repairs to ensure we continue to meet expectations.
  • Service Coordination: Order parts, review final invoices, and maintain customer records according to industry safety standards.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with our service team to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
Requirements:
  • Valid Driver's License: Must hold a valid driver's license.
  • Team-Oriented: Must be team-oriented, flexible, and focused on maintaining a high level of customer service.
  • Professional Appearance: Must maintain a professional appearance and neat work area.
