The role of the Front Desk Receptionist is centered around delivering exceptional customer service and addressing the needs of families, ensuring a delightful experience while effectively promoting and closing sales for swim lessons. The Front Desk serves as the primary information hub for all offerings provided by Bear Paddle Services. This involves guiding families through facility tours, facilitating enrollment processes, scheduling, marketing program offerings, and responding to inquiries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Commit to providing a family experience that prioritizes Safety, Enjoyment, and Results
  • Maintain a secure, clean, and welcoming environment
  • Foster a positive atmosphere for both customers and team members
  • Deliver high-quality Bear Paddle Customer Service and possess comprehensive knowledge of all program offerings
  • Communicate courteously and effectively through phone, email, and face-to-face interactions
  • Conduct tours and assist families in navigating the facility
  • Follow up on prospect leads and make sales calls to enhance student enrollment
  • Perform daily operational tasks while adhering to the Quarter Curriculum with a specific weekly focus
The Front Desk Specialist reports directly to the Swim School Manager and the Customer Service & Sales Manager.

Qualifications
  • Background check is mandatory
  • Must demonstrate consistency and reliability
  • Strong customer service skills and effective verbal communication are essential
  • Availability to work evenings and weekends is required
  • Preferred: 2+ years of experience in administration or sales
