Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Guest Service Agent to join our team at Stonebridge Companies. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service and ensuring a seamless experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate the front desk according to standard operating procedures and with a focus on exceptional guest service.
  • Accurately operate the reservation system, check-in and checkout system, and credit card system, following all safety and security procedures.
  • Provide timely and effective assistance to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, ensuring that all necessary materials and equipment are readily available.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless communication and a positive guest experience.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit transactions.
