Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Sleep Specialist to join our multidisciplinary health team. As an Advanced Practice Provider, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality, cost-effective care to patients with sleep disorders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work collaboratively with physicians, other advanced practice practitioners, and a respiratory therapist to provide comprehensive care to patients with sleep disorders.
  • Take care of patients of all ages with acute and chronic illnesses, specifically in sleep-related disorders in an outpatient population with a potential pediatric population.
  • Follow-up visits of sleep apnea patients treated with PAP therapies.
Requirements
  • Master's or Doctorate's degree from an accredited Nursing Program (if Nurse Practitioner) or Bachelor's or Master's degree from an accredited PA Program (if Physician Assistant).
  • Preferred - Three years of relevant clinical experience in primary care, pulmonary, cardiology, neurology, ENT, ED, or psychiatry.
  • Minimum - State of Wisconsin NP or PA licensure, active RN and APRN certifications and licenses, including prescriptive authority, in state(s) of practice, and active board certification as a NP in area of clinical practice (if Nurse Practitioner) or active PA license, including prescriptive authority, in state(s) of practice, and active PA board certification (if Physician Assistant).
