Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect, analyze, and integrate patient information to identify and meet patient-specific needs.
  • Interface data outputs of capnographs, oximeters, and respiratory inductive plethysmographs to inputs of electrophysiologic amplifiers and computer-based recorders.
  • Determine final testing parameters/procedures in conjunction with the ordering physician or clinical director and laboratory protocols.

Requirements:

Facility Requirements:
Traveler must have a permanent address outside the 50-mile radius of Madison.

Work Experience:
Traveler must have experience in a clinical setting and one year of experience working in a sleep lab.

Licensure and Certification:
Traveler must have Registration as a Polysomnographic Technologist (RPSGT) and BLS certification through the American Heart Association.

Education:
High School Diploma with education verification required.

Additional Requirements:
Location:
Wisconsin Sleep Clinic.

Shifts:
40 hours/week, Nights, 10 hour shifts, varied days Mon - Fri.

Specialty Type:
Cardiopulmonary.

Sub Specialty:
Sleep Technologist.

General Certifications:
BLS/BCLS.
