Work Schedule and Benefits

We are seeking a part-time Sleep Technologist to work on a night shift schedule, Monday to Friday, between 8:00pm and 6:30am. This role offers a 85% FTE and flexibility to adjust hours based on operational needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collect and analyze patient information to identify and meet patient-specific needs.
  • Interface data outputs of capnographs, oximeters, and respiratory inductive plethysmographs to inputs of electrophysiologic amplifiers and computer-based recorders.
  • Determine final testing parameters and procedures in conjunction with the ordering physician or clinical director and laboratory protocols.

Requirements
  • Minimum - High School Diploma.
  • Preferred - Graduate of an accredited school of Polysomnography or Associate degree in a related field.
Work Experience
  • Minimum - Experience in a clinical setting.
  • Preferred - One year of experience as a Sleep Technologist, Respiratory Therapist, Certified Medical Assistant, or Licensed Practical Nurse.
Licenses and Certifications
  • Minimum - CPR certification and Registration as a Polysomnographic Technologist (RPSGT) within two years from date of hire.
  • Preferred - Registered Polysomnographic Technologist (RPSGT).
