What You'll Do

  • Deliver a warm and friendly greeting to every guest, setting the tone for a positive experience
  • Present oil change options and additional services based on manufacturer recommendations, showcasing your knowledge and expertise
  • Build trust and win repeat customers by providing exceptional service and support
  • Evaluate customers' needs, working quickly and efficiently to meet their expectations
  • Provide hands-on assistance under the hood as needed, demonstrating your technical skills and confidence
  • Master our products, services, and company knowledge to provide accurate and helpful information

How You'll Succeed

  • Develop effective interpersonal and oral communication skills to engage with customers and colleagues
  • Enjoy interacting with people face-to-face and thrive in a customer-focused environment
  • Be friendly, approachable, and willing to work as part of a dynamic team
  • Have a strong desire to learn and grow, embracing new challenges and opportunities
  • Be able to lift up to 50 pounds and have full mobility, with the ability to work with your hands above your head and stand for extended periods
