Job Overview:

The Client Relationship Executive is tasked with discovering and nurturing new client accounts, ensuring customer retention, enhancing revenue streams, and fortifying the overall rapport with current clients.

This position is crucial in facilitating communication between various internal departments such as parts, service, finance, etc., to guarantee comprehensive support for clients within the designated region.

The role involves developing the sales territory for prospective growth while maintaining relationships in accordance with established guidelines, as well as providing after-sales product support and assisting with equipment operations as necessary.

Accountable for achieving targeted retail sales (both new and used equipment) and service sales, along with promoting products and fostering customer relations for the organization within the assigned territory.

Responds to client inquiries and identifies new business prospects among existing clientele.

This role will actively collaborate with cross-functional internal teams to enhance the overall customer experience.

Strategically aids clients in discovering the most suitable solutions for their agricultural needs based on their unique circumstances.

Engages in proactive outreach to pinpoint new opportunities/applications, initiate sales campaigns, connect with decision-makers, and gather competitive insights.

Responsible for managing and cultivating relationships throughout the entire customer lifecycle (sales – new and used, service, parts) with a focus on understanding the clients' requirements.

Tasked with implementing approved marketing strategies to bolster product and market knowledge, thereby improving retail sales outcomes.
Oversees customer relationship management, including factory visits, or assists in coordinating field demonstrations and training sessions.
Strives to meet or exceed annual marketing objectives while adhering to budgetary constraints.
Complies with established company values, practices, policies, and procedures consistently. Supports adherence to all relevant safety regulations, laws, and standards. Demonstrates regular and punctual attendance at the designated work location.

Important Note:
This position necessitates extensive travel – a valid driver's license with a verifiable history of safe driving is mandatory.
Extended stays may be required to support marketing and agricultural show activities during peak periods.

Candidate Profile:
A Bachelor's degree in Agriculture or a related field, or equivalent experience, is required. A minimum of 2 years' experience in large machinery sales or a marketing role within an agricultural equipment manufacturing context is preferred.
Must possess a solid understanding of the agricultural business and the economic factors influencing farmers' decision-making processes.
Prior experience utilizing CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) to document customer interactions and build account pipelines is essential.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities are necessary.
Familiarity with CLAAS products and retail financing processes is advantageous.

Must be capable of meeting deadlines and managing a high volume of work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining strong attention to detail.
