Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Corporate Sales professional to join our team as the Director of Corporate Sales. This role will be responsible for leading our sales efforts, developing strategic relationships with key clients, and driving business growth.

About the Role

The Director of Corporate Sales will be the face of Blue Plate Catering, embodying our brand values and delivering unforgettable experiences for our clients. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing a deep understanding of our business strategy and goals
  • Working closely with the Vice President of Sales to set and achieve ambitious sales targets
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients
  • Identifying growth opportunities and developing strategies to maximize sales
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in sales, preferably in the hospitality industry
  • Strong knowledge of off-site catering, event operations, and client relationship management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and intuitively in a fast-paced environment
Benefits
